Early Morning Adventures

Today's not so startling discovery, staying up working for five hours cooking is a lot easier and more satisfying than staying up to do homework.

I've made the first two dishes I've had to season to taste, a pasta sauce, and gumbo. The gumbo was the balk of the five hours, but i was duly rewarded with something like two galleons of gumbo, that has a taste that actually does remind me of New Orleans and Mobile.

Tomorrow I need to devien shrimp, cut veggies that i want fresh, make another roux, and half a dozen over things, that and make church and give blood. All this I can probably handle, Finding the room for up to fifteen guests to sit down, that may be tricky....
