Election Day

For anyone looking for more information on their state/local races, I recommend the League of Women Voters. They provide candidate response to surveys. Obviously the data is totally subjective, but it's consolidated so you can easily see what each side has to say.

A friend has advertised 1-866-OUR-VOTE is you have any problems at your polling place, or finding your polling place, or what have you.

Voting: A civic duty, unless you're planning to vote Republican in national races, in which case it's a statistically insignificant waste of your time. (Although I suppose voting for Lincoln Chafee is forgivable, but I'd advise against it.)

I'm headed off work early to be a partisan. Feel free to call me if you're a Montgomery Country, Maryland voter and need any details on ballot questions or such.
