Cooking with string

I made chicken Kiev today, it wasn't amazing but came out all right considering my utter inexperience in such matters. To bundle the chicken breasts I used thread borrowed from next door. I tied up the bundles carefully which made eating them an interesting challenge.

It took about 4 hours, a few mistakes, a recipe that misspelled Ukraine and had a few other errors, wacky antics, and a cook as my second that while far more experienced, doesn't do meat, top off with a nice group of subjects and a patient Danielle =). Quite the adventure, thanks everyone.
